Student Schedule Distribution and Chromebook Checkouts start tomorrow

We’d like to share a few reminders regarding this week’s student Chromebook check out process.  Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12th, parents of 6th graders may drive through our parking lot from 9am to 12pm and pick up a student Chromebook, a Binder Reminder, and their student’s class schedule.  We will also hand out  instructions for logging into the Chromebook, Gmail, and Aeries.  Please note that all Pinon Mesa student Gmail passwords have been reset and a temporary password will be located on the login instructions.  So even if you don’t need to check out a Chromebook, you must  go through this drive-thru  process to receive student schedules, Binder Reminders, and login information.  If someone other than the parent or legal guardian is planning to pick up a Chromebook, please download the Chromebook Contract from our website or tonight’s email, sign it, and have them bring it with them.  ONLY A PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN may sign the Contract.  We will follow this same process on Thursday for 7th graders and Friday for 8th graders. 6th Grade: Wednesday, Aug. 12th,  from 9am to 12pm

7th Grade: Thursday, Aug. 13th, from 9am to 12pm

8th Grade: Friday, Aug. 14th, from 9am to 12pm


Textbooks, other learning materials, and Parent Aeries login information will be checked out during the first week of school in the same manner following this schedule:


6th Grade: Wednesday, Aug. 19th,  from 9am to 12pm

7th Grade: Thursday, Aug. 20th, from 9am to 12pm

8th Grade: Friday, Aug. 21st, from 9am to 12pm
