**8th-grade students, you will be staying with your advisory teacher today. Please check with your advisory teacher for any other directions.**
Here are today’s announcements:
All library books and textbooks are due and should have already been turned in. If you have a library or textbook, please return it to the library ASAP.
Next year we will be re-vamping our AR program through the library so stay tuned at the start of next year for updated information on ways to earn prizes and incentives for reaching individual goals and AR points! This year, we want to recognize a set of students who reached the Century Club milestone. If you hear your name called please come to the office to pick up your certificate: Alexa Arechiga, Gabriel Barraclough, Robert Booker, Sandy Booker, Allison Turijan Flores, Rodrigo Franco, Benjamin Gonzales Russell, Ryan Hall, Isabella Null, Cailin Piniaszek, Victoria Porro, Nathan Short, Sophie Solis, and Colbie Thompson! Great job readers- you’ve earned over 100 AR points!
8th grade girls! Are you interested in playing flag football for Serrano High School? Well you are in luck. There will be Tryouts on June 9th from 9:00-11:00 am on the Serrano Football field. If you have any questions you can email Mrs. Mitchell.
SHS is hosting a basketball camp June 10-12 for the low price of $50.00. All Snowline students from grades K-8 are invited to participate and your price includes hours of coaching from Serrano players and a t-shirt! More information is available in the office. If you can’t make those dates, Coach Beck is hosting a separate Basketball Fundamentals camp July 24-26th also for $50.00. All information for both is in the office.
7th graders interested in next year's Washington, DC / New York City trip can pick up a registration form in the front office. Don't miss out on this exciting adventure with your friends.
Do you want to do something fun and exciting this summer with friends?! Come and get a signup sheet for our summer learning opportunity. They must be filled out by your parents and turned into the office as soon as possible to be able to participate.
Attention 6th & 7th graders who purchased a yearbook: You can pick up your yearbooks during lunch today. If you haven't purchased a yearbook yet, we have some extra that you can buy in the ASB office for $45.
All lost and found items in the Dean's Office will be placed outside on tables for pick up. Items not picked up by Thursday will be donated so please go check it out at your lunch.
8th graders: There will be a parent meeting for Serrano Freshman Football 2025 on June 4th at 5:30 in the west gym at Serrano.

There are no devices including cell phones and earbuds to be used during the school day. Please take your devices out, turn them off, and put them away for the entire school day.
